In response to Israel’s airstrike on Hamas leaders in Doha, Saudi Arabia has condemned the attack as a blatant violation of Qatar’s sovereignty and announced it is placing “all of its resources” at Qatar’s disposal for any necessary response.
The Saudi Foreign Ministry denounced the operation as a “clear act of aggression” and warned that Israel’s ongoing “criminal assaults” and disregard for international law could lead to “serious consequences.”
Earlier, Israel’s military, in coordination with its internal security agency, launched what it called a “precision strike” targeting senior Hamas leaders gathered in the Qatari capital. No fatalities among Hamas officials have been reported.
Jordan also expressed strong solidarity with Qatar, stating: “We stand with our brothers in Qatar and fully support any action they take in response to this aggression.”
Iraq’s Foreign Ministry similarly condemned the strike as a “cowardly act,” voicing “full support” for Qatar’s right to respond to any breach of its sovereignty.
This marks an unprecedented moment in regional dynamics, as Israel’s first-ever military action on Qatari soil triggers a rare show of Arab unity amid deepening tensions in the Middle East.
